My student "cannot be added at this time." What does that mean?

Rarely, when trying to add a student to an Education studio, the Admin may receive an error message stating the user cannot be added at this time.

This error message will show when the student already has a Celtx account and their account is in a state that prevents it from being added to the Education studio. This may be because they are part of another team already, are an admin of their own team, or are already paying us - among other scenarios.

Typically, this issue is easily resolved, but we need you to contact us so we can investigate. Just email your Account Executive or Customer Success team member and CC the student - in case we need their permission for changes to their account.
