The Celtx Education plan offers two payment options:
- Autopay. Pay immediately with a credit card. After the first payment, your card will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Invoicing. We’ll send you an invoice for the subscription amount. The invoice is due within 30 days and can be paid by credit card or ACH direct debit.
You will have the option to select between autopay and invoicing when you subscribe. Follow the prompts in-app to make your selection.
How to pay an Education Plan invoice
If you select “invoice” at checkout, you will be sent an invoice immediately for the subscription amount. The invoice is due within 30 days. You have two options for paying this invoice: credit card or ACH direct debit.
Pay by credit card
The invoice that was emailed to you will have a 'Pay Now' button. To pay by credit card, click that button and follow the prompts.
Pay by ACH direct debit
The invoice that was emailed to you will have our banking information for wire transfer at the bottom. You may use that to pay your invoice.
You can add a PO number or VAT number to your invoice by following the instructions here. Please note, this information will be added to future invoices. Your existing invoice will not be updated. If you need further assistance, please contact support.
