Browser Support

While Celtx strives to ensure that the online studio works well in most major browsers, we do recommend either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Safari or Chromium Edge for best results.

If you are on a mobile device, you can also log into your account by visiting celtx.com on the mobile version of your browser.

In order to ensure you continue to receive important Celtx updates and new releases, we recommend using the most current versions of any of these browsers. Follow the instructions below to check if your browser is up to date and/or update it: 

Google Chrome

In Chrome, copy and paste chrome://settings/help into the address bar. This will automatically download and update your browser.

Chromium Edge

In Edge, copy and paste edge://settings/help into the address bar. This will automatically download and update your browser.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. On the menu bar click the Firefox menu and select About Firefox.
  2. The About Firefox window will open. Firefox will begin checking for updates and downloading them automatically.
  3. When the updates are ready to be installed, click Restart to update Firefox.

Apple's Safari

  1. Click the Apple menu icon in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
  2. The system menu will appear, click the “App Store…” item. This starts the App Store application and takes you to the Updates tab.
  3. Find and activate the Safari update.

 

Please note that Microsoft Edge is not supported but Chromium Edge is. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us.
