If you'd like to cancel your trial, stop future payment, and return to a free account, please do the following:
* Login to your online studio at celtx.com
* On the left side of your studio, click 'Management', then choose 'Plan'
* Scroll down to "Review Your Billing" and select the "Cancel Plan" option
* Choose the best option for your cancellation reason
* Click 'Confirm & Cancel' to complete the cancellation process
* Once cancelled, you will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation was successful
No, I did not provide payment information when I started my free trial.
If you did not provide payment information when you started your trial, there is no need to "cancel". After the trial is up, you'll be able to continue on with either a paid subscription, or a free basic account. You can see what's included in the free plan here.
