Your archiving and foldering tools allow you to store and organize your Celtx projects as you see fit. For example, if you have various projects in different script formats, organize them into their own folders.
Select the projects that you’d like to group together and click on the 'Folder' icon:
Click ‘Add to a new folder’ and give it a name:
Your projects are now organized in your new folder and you can add more projects to any of the existing folders at any time.
Folders are previewed and accessible on your studio sidebar.
Take projects out of folders and return them to your home project view, select them and click ‘Move to Home’:
And to move a project from one folder to another, select it and click the 'Folder' icon.
If you have older projects that you’d like to put away for safekeeping, you can add them to your project 'Archive'. Select the project and click on the 'Archive' icon. Projects stored in your 'Archive' can be returned to your home project view at anytime by using the 'Move to Home' button.
