My student did not receive the invitation email

After inviting a student to join your Education studio, they should receive an email message asking them to login or create an account and accept the invitation.

Sometimes these emails get caught in spam filters. Please ask your student to search their email inbox for a message from

If the student is unable to locate the email they may do the following:

  1. Login - if they hadn't created their account yet they can verify the invitation account by using the password reset option.
  2. Accept the invitation in studio.

This will verify their acceptance of the invitation to your Education studio.
